Pilots’ Spring Golf Meeting

20 pilots from six ports played at Worsley Park, Manchester for the Manchester Salver. The weather was wet but a good time was had by all. The results were:

Sunday round was won by Chris Harding ( Milford Haven) with the Manchester Salver won on the Monday by Bill Fairbairn (Tees rtd)

Pilots’ golfing society 37th Meeting

Twenty one pilots from seven different stations, Milford Haven, Bristol, Tees, Tyne Humber Forth & Manchester, attended the 37th meeting of the Marine pilots golfing society at Langbank on the banks of the Clyde. The weather overall was kind to us although we didnt see much sunshine. Twenty seven pilots from six ports Forth, Tees, Humber, Manchester, Bristol & Milford Haven took part in the 32nd playing of their annual event. played at the Bells hotel & golf club in the forest of Dean. After this dreadful summer we were blessed with great weather. Paul Pullen of Milford Haven dominated the winning circle on all three days. Here are the results
